24/7 answering
Nights, weekends, and storm days. It knows your office hours, so after-hours callers hear the right thing.
For restoration and home-service companies
When a pipe bursts, homeowners call the first company that picks up. Nevatas answers in your company's name 24/7, puts safety first, gets the address and the details, and puts emergencies through to whoever's on call.
The live demo runs in your browser. No phone call, app, or sign-up needed.

Live demo
Pick a scenario and call a made-up business the way a customer would. Watch the details fill in as you talk, then see the summary the business would get by email.
You're talking to an AI. This call is recorded and transcribed. The transcript is stored to produce the summary. Please use made-up details, not real personal information or a real address. Both demo businesses are fictional. Demo calls end after 3 minutes.

How an emergency call goes
It picks up in your company's name, day or night, and asks what happened and whether it's an emergency.
If there's active water, fire, a gas smell, or electrical risk, it gives a short safety line first, like getting everyone out and calling 911, or shutting off the main water valve if it's safe to reach.
Emergency, urgent, or routine is the caller's call. It never talks anyone into an emergency, and never makes an emergency wait for routine questions.
It gets the name, callback number, and address, then rings your on-call list in order. Each person hears the job type and town and presses 1 to accept.
Warm transfer
If your tech's phone goes to voicemail, a plain transfer would leave the customer talking to a recording. Nevatas asks the on-call person to press 1 before it connects. No press, no connection: it tries the next person on your list.
Available today
Short, calm turns on the phone, and the job details your team needs on paper.
Nights, weekends, and storm days. It knows your office hours, so after-hours callers hear the right thing.
It asks for the ZIP code and checks the address against the ZIP codes and towns you serve (and counties, where configured). Out-of-area callers aren't turned away: your team decides.
Name, callback number, address, what happened and when, whether water is still flowing or shut off, and insurance details if the caller has them.
Seconds after each call, with the urgency and job type in the subject line, the job details, a short summary for the tech, and the next step. Missed emergency transfers are flagged.
Forward your existing line to Nevatas. Your office phone can ring first and hand off after a few rings, or Nevatas can pick up every call.
It never quotes prices, promises insurance coverage, assesses damage or health risks, or gives an arrival time you haven't approved.

Founding customers
We're taking on a small number of restoration and home-service companies. We set up your on-call list, service area, and questions with you, and you get a real say in what we build next.
Questions
It tries each person on your on-call list in order. If no one presses 1 to accept, it tells the caller the call is marked urgent and someone will call back as soon as possible, and your summary email flags the missed transfer.
It goes by what the caller says. If they say it's an emergency, it's treated as one; if they say it can wait, it respects that. Safety lines still come first whenever there's water, fire, gas, or electrical risk.
No. It tells callers your team gives pricing after seeing the damage, and it never promises what insurance will cover. It can note the carrier and claim number if the caller has them.
It checks the ZIP code against your service area. If the address looks outside it, the agent doesn't refuse; it says the team will confirm, and an emergency is never delayed over location.
Yes. We set up a Nevatas number for you, and you forward your existing line to it with your carrier. Your phone can ring first and pass the call to Nevatas after a few rings, or Nevatas can answer every call. You choose in your settings.
Yes. Every call opens with it saying it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded and transcribed, and it answers honestly if asked.
Tell us a little about your business, and we'll set up a demo with your name, greeting, and the questions your callers need.
We'll only use your details to reply to you.
Thanks. We'll be in touch soon.
